Very pleasant to deal with and very professional and did a fantastic job I was very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone who needed remodeling done excellent job!!! Thank you guys

Full Service Group was hired for an entire home renovation project. Hiring Frank and his team for this job was was the right decision hands down. This project involved removing walls, re-trimming the entire house, laying floor, painting every room, installing steel doors, and correcting carpentry, paint, and drywall imperfections left by a previous contractor.It goes without saying that this project was huge and highly invasive. However, Frank and his friendly and detail-minded crew worked hard to ensure that our family of six were as comfortable as possible throughout this seven week journey. They cleaned up well and even moved furniture in and out of the premises.My wife and I have a second project in the works and it goes without saying that Full Service Group will be hired to do the job because we know that it'll be correct.Thanks Frank for working with us. Our two-way communication and the respect that you afforded us are why this project proved to be a success.

They made my back room on my house wheelchair accessible, by raising the floor to be level with the kitchen floor and raised my roof.When doing the floor they left me with holes in my floor and used pressboard shelving to cover the holes instead of doing the job properly. they also put shingles on my roof that they made a flat roof when the raised it flat. I now have water damage and black mold in that back room and have holes that rats can get through and inside my house.

This is the work that you will be left to deal with on your house if you hire Full Service Group!! Improper installation of my vinyl siding siding has led to it warping. I was also left with pieces that were cut to short and are falling out of the mouldings. I have repeatley text and called and they are not willing to replace what they messed up. The job was left incomplete as soon as they had recieved there payment through the government grant I recieved to have my house sided. The eastroughs were left sitting on the ground and my siding was never completed...I had to hire another company to come in and finish their work. The company I used to complete the job is called Dingy's home Reno's and they completed it in a timely and professional way. They informed me that the previous contractors were novice. Have added my photos in the photo section!! Update in response to the comments left by the company about my review 2 years later. In fact it was an improper installation of the siding and the nails were not in the proper spots and nailed in all the way not allowing the siding to expand and contract there was no gaps left between pieces for the same allowance . There was more than just the one piece they claim that was messed up it was the whole installation. I have video of the inspector coming to inspect the siding and he mentioned more then once that it is Installed improperly. Also have a written letter from the siding manufacturer stating the same. Court documentation of proceedings were they lost their trail and also I was repaid 45% of the labour for the bad install. And they charged $5000 for disposal of the asbestos siding which has to be done by professionals but they did not have anybody here to do it properly instead they did it by themselves with no protection for their employees or myself or nieghbours. Asbestos is a cancer causing material and they handled it with no ppe or regard for the safety of my household or my neighbouring homes. My review is an honest and factual review. Other reviews of this company are not factual one is the girlfriend of the owners son and there is 4 that are done by his friends.

Great job by the crew at Full Service Group on returning our basement to new after the flood. The FSG crew were really respectful and conscientious workers during the restoration.Thank you!
